An interview with Alex Twiss | Building future foundations

Our Managing Director, Alex Twiss, was recently interviewed by Sanjay Sharma, Global Head of Private Banking and Wealth Management at our custodian partner, SEI. As part of a number of videos around the theme ‘The future of wealth’, Alex was asked for his perspective on how wealth management businesses should be looking to build strong foundations for the future. The conversation touches on everything from the client demographic shifts being seen in the industry (for example, women being predicted to own 60% of wealth by 2025), to client service levels and how new technologies can be used to make them both more efficient and attentive.
