Moderated by Citywire UK Editor Charles Walmsley, the talk covered all aspects of what it is like to run a financial planning business, from nurturing the next generation of talent to how best embrace the use of technology and AI, and how the ongoing importance of managing client relationships is the one constant in a rapidly evolving world.
