We’re proud to have been recognised again by Professional Adviser as one of the UK’s Best Financial Advisers To Work For.

More than 250 firms and product providers come under consideration annually at the Professional Adviser awards. The awards seek to reward excellence within both the financial advice community and among the broader financial services sectors that help serve advisers and their clients.

Following a submission that included an employee survey completed by everyone at Connor Broadley, it was great to see the team culture we foster being rewarded.

About the awards

The awards programme began in 2017 and is promoted by Professional Adviser in partnership with Best Companies Group. The industry-wide survey and awards are designed to identify, recognise, and honour the best places of employment in the financial advice industry, benefiting the industry’s economy, workforce, and businesses.

Companies from across the industry entered a two-part process. The first consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analysed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
